What we collect

Technical data: when you visit, our servers and our security provider Cloudflare process your IP address, browser type and the requested URL to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Server logs are kept for up to 14 days.

Purpose and legal basis

To reply to your inquiry and prepare a service proposal, i.e. steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical logs are processed based on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

The site is hosted on our own servers in Bulgaria (EU). Notifications of new inquiries are received via Telegram. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Retention

Cookies and statistics

This site uses no cookies. We measure visits with Umami, cookieless statistics running on our own server in Bulgaria that store no IP addresses and do not follow you across other sites. If you dismiss the language hint, your browser remembers that locally.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, email office@tcp.bg. You can also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg) or your local supervisory authority.
